Supports Adult Behavioral Health—Home and Community-Based Service (BH-HCBS) providers in the adoption, implementation, and upgrade of certified EHR and EBS to successfully document and bill for their Adult BH-HCBS services to Medicaid Managed Care.

 

HIE Adoption - Data Exchange Incentive Program (DEIP)

Connect to your local QE and start securely sharing clinical information.

 

Meaningful Use

Take the next step with your EHR and achieve care-quality milestones. Services include incentives and penalty avoidance, privacy and security assessment, measure interpretation and readiness, attestation support, and audit prep and response.

 

MIPS Registry and Quality Reporting for QPP

Eligible clinicians can register to use NYeC’s CMS-qualified MIPS Registry to report for all 2017 eligible MIPS reporting categories.

 

Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)

The PCMH model of patient-centered care sets the stage for various other reform initiatives as it aligns with the “Triple Aim” of improving patient care, improving population health, and reducing healthcare costs.
