Overview

To help us reach all of New York, the NYeC Regional Extension Center is working with many Agents across the state to educate providers about the Regional Extension Center, answer any question you may have and help you sign up for Regional Extension Center services.

 

New York State Regional Extension Center

New York State has two Regional Extension Centers - NYeC REC (New York eHealth Collaborative Regional Extension Center) covers upstate and Long Island, and the NYC REACH (New York City Regional Electronic Adoption Center for Health) covers the five boroughs of New York City.

The NYeC REC works with local partner organizations to provide outreach support to providers.  If you are interested in service from the REC, you can contact your local outreach partner directly.  They are organized by county and listed below.  Alternatively, you can contact NYeC at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Note: Community Health Centers are covered statewide by CHCANYS.  Contact CHCANYS first before contacting the local partner covering your county unless you are already working with that local entity.

Notes:                 

1) For counties serviced by GRIPA/MCMS, use the MCMS contact unless you are a member of the GRIPA.  

2) For Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk County), there are two agents servicing the area: LIPIX and eHNLI.  If you primarily admit to one of the following facilities, contact the eHNLI contact.  Otherwise contact LIPIX.
