- Doctor's Office Quality Information Technology (DOQ-IT) Project
- DOQ-IT is a three-year, national quality improvement initiative to assist physicians who wish to purchase, implement and fully utilize electronic health records (EHRs) in their practices. - Linxus - Linxus is a payor-provider collaboration that is seeking to promote increased electronic information exchange focused on standardized billing and payment business transactions.
- Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY) Pilot - MSSNY is currently reviewing applications (34 were received) submitted by solo and small physician practice groups for a share of $4.58 million in grant funding from the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) for the implementation of health information technology (HIT) systems in their medical practices. These grants will provide seed funding to physician practices for HIT initiatives that interconnect physicians electronically with other physicians and other healthcare-related entities - such as hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies and regional health information exchange organizations.
