Standardized Consumer Consent Policies White Paper - Public Comments Posted

NYeC is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of the white paper on standardized consumer consent policies. This paper was initially prepared as part of the NY HISPC project, and more recently as a work product revised based on discussions of the SCP Privacy and Security Work Group. Recommendations for Standardized Consumer Consent Policies and Procedures for RHIOs in New York

A two week public comment period recently ended on October 3. The comments we received are listed at the bottom of this page.

Post public comment period the white paper, together with an accompanying memo summarizing issues raised, will be provided to the NYeC Policy and Operations Council for their review and then subsequently forwarded to each of the NYeC Board and NYS DOH for review and approval.
