Public Comment Opportunity: Amendments to RHIO Privacy & Security Policies & Procedures
The Privacy & Security Workgroup has established a formal process for considering amendments to the RHIO Policies and Procedures on a twice-yearly basis to reflect implementation experience. As was the case with the initial RHIO Policies and Procedures, all proposed amendments will be vetted through the Privacy & Security Workgroup, and then submitted to NYeC Policy and Operations Council, the NYeC Board of Directors and ultimately the New York State Department of Health for final review and adoption.
Proposed amendments must be submitted via the attached template no later than 5 PM Monday August 17, 2009. The next round of proposed amendments will be solicited in early 2010.
