Grace Moon, Director of Operations

Grace Moon is Director of Operations for the New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC). Responsible for overseeing its operational activities, she is currently managing program budgets, contracts and staffing.

Grace brings to NYeC over 10 years of policy and implementation experience in the health care industry. She has held positions at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the New York Presbyterian Hospital and Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers. Grace’s prior experience includes developing ambulatory care programs as well as business and strategic planning, implementing performance improvement initiatives, managing government grants, and overseeing various community health planning processes.

Grace received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MHA from the George Washington University.
