Over the course of two days, attendees discussed ideas with a wide range of professionals—those with experience across and beyond the field. Speakers included healthcare leadership, entrepreneurs, health IT start-ups, professors, researchers, physicians, and hospital staff from across the region, and featured keynote speakers Todd Park, Chief Technology Officer from the U.S. Department of Health, and T.R. Reid, acclaimed journalist and author.
During panel discussions, lectures, and networking breakouts, professionals exchanged insights and inspired new ideas. The conference showcased practical, innovative, and inspiring advancements in healthcare delivery, patient management, technological innovation, and practice management, including the challenges and successes in the statewide adoption of electronic health records and the creation of a statewide health information network.
We would like to thank all of our attendees, speakers, and sponsors, along with the support of the New York State Department of Health, and our statewide network of Regional Health Information Exchange partners.
