David H. Klein is president and chief executive officer of The Lifetime Healthcare Companies, a $5.92 billion, 7,000-employee enterprise that is the largest provider of health insurance in Upstate New York, covering two million members. Mr. Klein’s career, spanning three decades, includes leadership in health plan operations, work in hospitals and other direct-care facilities, and an academic foundation in management and finance, with a BS from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
